As an entrepreneur, you probably cannot do without quotations. With a quotation, you make a proposal to your (potential) customer.
If your customer agrees with your offer, you want to convert the quotation into an order. With Informer, this is made very easy.
Note: To convert a quotation into an order, the Trade module (€15 per month) is required.
Convert quotation into an order
To convert a quotation into an order, follow the steps below:
Go to Sales in the menu on the left;
Click Quotations;
Select the quotation you want to convert;
Note: You can only convert sent quotations into an order.
Click Select an action and choose Create order.
In the popup that opens, click Create order.
The quotation has now been converted into an order. You will be taken directly to the Sales orders page, where you can view and send the new order.
