When a collaboration with a customer has ended for any reason, you may no longer want the administration to appear in your overview. In that case, you can unlink the administration.
Unlink administration
To unlink the administration, follow the steps below:
Within the customer’s administration, go to Settings;
Choose Administrations;
Select the relevant administration and click the Advanced tab;
Choose Unlink administration.
Note: Unlinking is only possible if it is at least a ZZP Basis administration;
Enter your password and click Continue;
The administration is now unlinked from your portal;
If the customer has completely stopped using Informer, the customer can now delete the administration themselves.
