What is Online Incasso?
Online Incasso is an (online) service that helps entrepreneurs collect outstanding invoices. Online Incasso is a digital collection service that allows you as an entrepreneur to start a collection process yourself without immediately engaging a traditional collection agency.
How do I activate Online Incasso in Informer?
To activate Online Incasso, follow the steps below:
Go to Settings in the menu on the left;
Choose App store;
Find the Online Incasso app and click Activate;
If you do not yet have an account, create one via the pop-up.
If you already have an account, connect your existing account via the pop-up.
Log in to Online Incasso and complete the steps.
Once Online Incasso is linked, you can indicate what the status of the case should be when you send it from Informer:
Concept: The case is prepared as a draft. You must activate the case yourself within Online Incasso.
Final: The case is already final and Online Incasso will immediately start working on the case.
How do I start a case for Online Incasso?
Once Online Incasso is activated, an outstanding invoice can be forwarded to Online Incasso. To forward an outstanding invoice to Online Incasso, the reminder, notice, and pre-collection must first have been sent for the invoice.
What are the costs of Online Incasso?
Using Online Incasso within Informer is completely free.
Online Incasso charges €24.50 per case that is started.
